These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and deliveries between The Canonical Agency d.o.o. and its customers who buy through the web shop www. zagrebseosummit.com. The terms and conditions are subject to the Trade Act (Croatian: „Zakon o trgovini“), the Consumer Protection Act (Croatian: „Zakon o zaštiti potrošača“), the Obligations Act (Croatian: „Zakon o obveznim odnosima“), the Electronic Commerce Act (Croatian: „Zakon o elektroničkoj trgovini“) and the Electronic Signatures Act (Croatian: „Zakon o elektroničkom potpisu“). By using these websites, the Customer confirms that he is familiar with and agrees with the Terms of Purchase.


These terms of purchase define the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery and return and/or complaints about the products offered on Zagrebseosummit website.

Ordering products in the www.zagrebseosummit.com web shop is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Ordering procedure: – The website offers its Customers its products – By clicking on the “Buy tickets” button, the customer is shown the details of the product on another website, called Entrio. The customer receives an automated order confirmation by e-mail (Order Confirmation). – The contract with Entrio WEB SHOP is realized the moment Entrio tehnologije d.o.o. receive payment to its bank account. The invoice is delivered via e-mail.


In the event that the ordered product is not available or cannot be delivered for any reason, the Seller will inform the Customer (electronically, in writing or by phone) about the aforementioned. The Customer can then accept the new delivery date, cancel the order or choose another product. If the Customer decides to cancel the order, the Seller will return the money to him no later than within seven working days of the cancellation. If the Customer decides to terminate the contract before the product is sent for delivery, no costs will be charged. If the Customer decides to return the product after receiving it, the refund or replacement of the product will be made within seven working days upon receipt of the specific product at The Canonical Agency d.o.o.


The customer makes the payment by credit card or internet banking on a third party online payment provider. For secure authorization of payments on our website, we use the services of our partner MONRI Payments d.o.o., Ulica grada Vukovara 269F, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 82551932122 (further: MONRI) and their payment system, which ensures the secure execution of online credit card transactions. All online payments made through our pages are made through a connection protected with SHA256, 256-bit SSL data encryption and the MD5 algorithm.


Delivery of products is within 48 hours to the Customer e-mail address. Sundays and public holidays are not included in the delivery time.


In order for the Customer to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, he must notify the Seller of his decision before the expiry of the deadline, by an unequivocal statement sent by post, fax or e-mail, in which he will state his name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and may also use the attached example of the form for unilateral termination of the contract, which is available here: http://narodne-novine.nn.hr/clanci/sluzbeni/2014_06_72_1354.html The Customer returns the product without undue delay, and in any case no later than within 15 days from the day when he sent the decision to the Seller to unilaterally terminate the contract. The Seller will refund the money after receiving the termination notice

The refund of the paid amount is made in the same way that the Customer made the payment, usually by payment to the Customer’s designated bank account. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the Customer is obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the products if he exercises his right to unilaterally terminate the contract, and if the Customer wishes, he can contact The Canonical Agency d.o.o. to the info number or the email address info@canonical.hr in order to obtain information about the method, possibilities and conditions of returning products by The Canonical Agency d.o.o. The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from the handling of the products, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product. The Seller is obliged, without delay, to deliver to the Customer a confirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract by e-mail.


The Customer has the right to complain if he is delivered products that do not match the ordered products in terms of quality and quantity. Complaints are received in writing to Kovačićeva 6, 22300 Knin.

The Customer has the right to complain within 5 days from the date of receipt of the order. Before sending the product for a complaint, it is necessary to write a written explanation about the reason for the complaint. In the event of a justified complaint, the Customer returns the product to the Seller at the Seller’s expense. The Seller is obliged to return to the Customer the advance payment plus legal default interest, counting from the day of receipt of the advance payment until the day of payment, as soon as possible, and no later than within 7 days from the date of termination of the contract. When the Seller receives the product, a quality control procedure is followed to determine what kind of damage it is and whether it can be repaired. The deadline for resolving complaints is 15 working days from the receipt of the product for the complaint.


The Canonical Agency d.o.o. undertakes to protect the personal data of Customers, so that it collects only necessary basic data about Customers/users that are necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations; informs Customers about the way the collected data is used, regularly gives Customers a choice about the use of their data, including the possibility of deciding whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns.


The Canonical Agency d.o.o. may collect certain information about your visits, such as the name of your Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet; the date and time of your visit to the web destination; the pages you viewed while on the web destination and the internet address of the web destination from which you linked directly to our web destination. This data is used to improve and administer the website and to analyze trends.


The Canonical Agency d.o.o. works in accordance with the law and certain data protection provisions. All employees of The Canonical Agency d.o.o. are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.


In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Customer can submit a written complaint by post, fax or e-mail.
