Musem of Chocolate

One euro off with code ZAGREBSEO.

Become a part of the history of chocolate, from the ancient Aztecs of Central America, through Belgian pralines, to the great English chocolate factories. Taste cocoa beans, chocolate liqueur, ruby chocolate, and liquid chocolate. Grind cocoa, stir a chocolate drink like the Maya. Sit in a baroque European court amid centuries-old porcelain, find out who invented chocolate with rice, remember your first album where you collected chocolate stickers, learn who used cocoa beans as money, and who brought chocolate to Europe.

What to see

Visit the Old Town

The Old Town, otherwise known as Old Zagreb, is divided into the upper town, Kaptol, which was historically inhabited by the clergy, and the lower town, Gradec, where the craftsmen and merchants lived. It wasn’t until the mid-19th century that these two areas were finally united into one.
